COVID- 19 Update

We are currently watching closely as the global situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve. Our thoughts go out to the people who have been affected by COVID-19 and we also greatly appreciate the healthcare workers around the world who are working to contain this virus.
We wanted to reach out to you and provide an update about what we are doing here at Amsterdam Inn & Suites and Quality Inn & Suites Amsterdam to support you and your travel plans. We are taking a number of precautions to ensure your travel safety and to provide flexibility.
Our highest priority is the health and safety of Amsterdam Inn & Suites guests and employees. In response to the coronavirus, we have been in regular communication with all of our staff members around the following protocols that help support everyone’s health and wellbeing:
- Reinforcing our already rigorous standards and operating procedures for food safety, cleaning, and personal hygiene.
- Increasing the frequency of sanitation using high-quality cleaners for all high touch surfaces and public areas in our hotels, including elevators, door handles, light switches, public bathrooms etc.
- Increasing antibacterial hand sanitizing stations throughout our hotels.
We are following the guidance of government and health authorities.
If adjustments are required for your reservations please contact us at 1(800) 468-2828. If you need to adjust reservations made through another online travel site such as booking.com, Expedia etc, please contact them for assistance.
We will pause the expiration of all gift certificates scheduled to expire between now and May 31, 2020. Honoring them for up to 8 months after the expiry date.
We continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide ongoing updates as needed. We will continue to do everything we can, always with the goal of creating the best guest experience possible.
